Founded in 2019, our company was built around a simple idea: customers deserve more from their movers than people who simply load a truck. Moving can involve planning, packing, organizing, transportation, multiple locations, and major life changes. Our purpose is to take as much of that burden off our customers as possible. Whether someone needs local movers, professional movers and packers, longdistance movers, commercial movers, or professional moving help, we build our services around the customer's individual move.
Meet the Owner - Richard OrtizBox Pack N Move was founded and is led by Richard Ortiz.
Richard built the company around accountability, professionalism, careful handling, and personalized customer service.
Customers aren't simply handing movers furniture and boxes. They are trusting a company with their home, personal belongings, schedules, valuables, and possessions that may represent decades of memories.
That responsibility influences how we approach every move.
Instead of treating every customer the same, we first work to understand the move: where they're going, what needs to be packed, what requires special handling, whether additional stops are involved, and what needs to happen for the move to be completed successfully
More Than a Typical Moving Company
There are plenty of choices when customers search for movers near me, moving companies near me, a moving company near me, or the best moving companies.
We believe customers should look beyond the search results and ask a more important question:
Who am I trusting with my home and belongings?
Box Pack N Move is designed for customers who value professional service, careful handling, communication, and proper planning.
We aren't trying to position ourselves as the cheapest moving company.
We want to be the moving company customers choose when they want the job done properly
Professional Movers and Packers
Professional packing isn't an afterthought at Box Pack N Move.
It is one of our core services.
Our professional movers and packers can assist with everything from selected rooms and fragile belongings to complete household packing.
We can coordinate packing, moving, loading, transportation, unloading, and unpacking as part of one moving service.
This can be particularly valuable for larger homes, seniors, busy families, military relocations, interstate moves, and customers with fragile, valuable, or specialty belongings.
Moving Services Built Around the Customer
Every move is different, which is why our mover services can be customized around what the customer actually needs. Our services include:
Local residential moving
Professional packing and unpacking
Long-distance and interstate moving
Military moving services
White-glove moving services
POD and moving-container loading and unloading
Renovation and remodeling moves
Moving to and from customer-arranged storage units or facilities
Multi-stop and multi-phase moves
Specialty-item moving, including pianos, gun safes, appliances, workout equipment, and other heavy or delicate items
Moving help for customers who need professional moving labor
Customers can choose the level of assistance they need rather than being forced into a one-size-fits-all moving package.
Serving Colorado Springs and Communities Across Colorado
Box Pack N Move is based in the Colorado Springs area and provides professional moving services throughout our Colorado service areas.
Customers searching for Colorado Springs movers, a Colorado Springs moving company, local movers near me, or professional movers elsewhere in our service area can turn to Box Pack N Move for residential moving, professional packing, specialty moving, and commercial moving services.
We also provide long-distance moving services for customers relocating from Colorado to destinations in other states.
Our roots are local, but our capabilities extend well beyond a typical local move.
Our PurposeTake the Weight Off Your Shoulders
Moving is stressful enough without wondering whether your moving company is prepared. Our purpose is to make complicated moves manageable.
That means helping customers determine what services they actually need, developing a moving plan, protecting their belongings and property, and coordinating the different parts of the relocation.
You shouldn't have to become a moving expert just because you're moving. That's our job
How the Content is Maintained
The Box Pack N Move Difference
-
Professionalism
Our crews, equipment, communication, and customer service should reflect the standards expected from a professional moving company
-
Protection
Furniture isn't the only thing that needs protection. Floors, doors, door jambs, mattresses, fragile belongings, and the customer's property should be considered throughout the moving process.
-
Preparation
The quality of a move often depends on what happens before moving day. Proper planning helps our crews arrive prepared for the customer's specific move.
-
Flexibility
Real moves don't always follow a simple Point A-to-Point B schedule. We can accommodate professional packing, multiple stops, PODs and moving containers, moves to or from customer-arranged storage, delayed destinations, and multi-stage relocations.
-
Accountability
As a locally owned business, our reputation matters. We want customers to know who they're hiring and who stands behind the company
Serving Families, Seniors, Military Members and Our Community
Our business depends on the communities we serve, and we believe our responsibility goes beyond moving boxes.
We are proud to serve families, seniors, military members, homeowners, and businesses throughout our service area.
As Box Pack N Move continues to grow, we want our community involvement to grow with it by developing meaningful relationships with organizations and causes that support the people and communities we serve.
Team instruction: Do not list a specific charity, nonprofit organization, or charitable partnership unless Box Pack N Move has an actual relationship with that organization.
